Rocky Mountains

The Rocky Mountains stretch from Alaska to Mexico.Each part of the Rockies is like a diffrent world,with snow-covered peaks, summer middles grace goats and forested lower slopes,where grizzly and Black Bears roam.

Hoofing it
Rocky Mountain goats are the only large mammals naimble enough to survive on the highest peaks.The inner pets on their hoofs are soft and curved,providing a suction-like grip on stip rocks.

Both males and females have sharp horns. Males use them to fight during the mating season, when they stand beside each other and try to stab each other's flanks.
